EPA 608 Certification
The EPA 608 Certification is required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for anyone who works with refrigerants. This certification ensures you understand how to handle, recover, and dispose of refrigerants safely. We prepare you for all four types:

EPA 609 Certification
The EPA 609 Certification is for technicians who service mobile air conditioning systems, like those found in cars and trucks. It focuses on proper handling and recovery of refrigerants in vehicle AC systems. This certification is ideal if you're interested in working in automotive HVAC.
A2L Refrigerant Safety Certification
The A2L Certification covers the safe handling of new, low global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants such as R-32 and R-454B. These refrigerants are classified as mildly flammable, so this training ensures technicians understand the proper precautions, safety standards, and regulations when working with A2L refrigerants.
